If your purchase isn’t quite right, you can return it within 10 days of receiving your order for a refund.

Store Credit Return Guidelines:

1. Items must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
2. Final Sale items cannot be returned.
3. The following items are non-returnable:
• Sale items
• Custom-cut formal dresses
• Bodysuits, bodysuit sets, masks, lingerie
• Accessories
4. Returns showing signs of wear, damage, or odors (like smoke) may be rejected and sent back to you.
5. For damaged items, contact us within 5 days of delivery with a photo to resolve the issue.

Steps for Returning an Item:

1. Notify us within 10 days of delivery by providing your order number and reason for the return.
2. Wait for our confirmation email (within 24 hours).
3. Once approved, ship the item to the provided address and include a tracking number for your shipment.
