Not the Perfect Fit? Don’t Worry.
You can return items within 10 days of delivery for a refund (unless marked Final Sale).

Return Guidelines:

  • Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and tagged.
  • Final Sale and the following cannot be returned:
    • Sale items
    • Custom formal items
    • Bodysuits, bodysuit sets, masks, lingerie, swimwear
    • Accessories
  • Returns with wear, damage, or odors may be denied.
  • Report damaged items within 5 days of delivery with a photo.

How to Return:

  1. Email us within 10 days of delivery with your order number and reason.
  2. Wait for our confirmation (sent within 24 hours).
  3. Ship approved items to the provided address and share your tracking number.
